Returns

Is the product not quite what you expected, or are you not completely satisfied with your order? That is, of course, very unfortunate. We are happy to help you find a solution.

The return conditions:

• At ELLIE Studio, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.
  After cancellation, you then have 14 days to return the product.
• Upon receipt and inspection of your return, the full purchase amount, excluding return costs, will be refunded to the same payment method.
  The costs for the return are at your own expense.
• Personalized products and wallpaper are custom-made especially for you and therefore cannot be returned.
  Would you like to order a different product after all? Then you can place a new order for it.
• Have you received a wrong or damaged item? Then please contact us within 48 hours via info@ellie-studio.nl. We will of course resolve this for you as soon as possible.
• Returns must be sent back undamaged, unused, and in their original condition.
• To ensure your return is processed correctly, we recommend carefully keeping the shipping receipt until your return is completed.
• Do you want to return multiple orders at once? That is possible. Please ensure that you include the correct documents (such as the packing slip and/or invoice).

Upon receipt of the returned items, you will receive a return confirmation.
As soon as the return has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days.
