Returns

Is the product not what you expected, or are you not completely satisfied with your order? That's a shame! But returning it is, of course, no problem.

The return conditions:

• At ELLIE Studio, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.
• The full purchase price, excluding return shipping, will then be refunded to your account. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
• Unfortunately, it's not possible to return personalized posters. If you'd like a different product, please place a new order.
• Did you receive an incorrect or damaged item? Please contact us at info@ellie-studio.nl
• Items must be returned undamaged and in original condition.
• To protect your warranty, we recommend that you keep the shipping receipt for your return package.
• Want to return multiple orders at once? You can! Just make sure you include the correct forms (packing slip and/or invoice).

After receiving your returned items, you'll receive a return confirmation. Once this has been processed, you'll receive a refund within 5 business days, excluding return shipping costs.
