Refund Policy

Is the product not what you expected after all, or are you not completely satisfied with your order? That's a real shame! But returning it is, of course, no problem.

The return conditions:

• At ELLIE Studio, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product.
• The full purchase amount, excluding return costs, will then be refunded to your account. The return costs are at your own expense.
• Unfortunately, it is not possible to return personalized items and wallpaper. Would you like a different product? Then please place a new order.
• Did you receive a wrong or damaged item? Then please contact us via info@ellie-studio.nl
• Items must be returned undamaged and in their original condition.
• To ensure your warranty remains valid, we recommend keeping the shipping receipt for your return package safe.
• Do you want to return multiple orders at once? That is possible! Just make sure you include the correct forms (packing slip and/or invoice).

Upon receipt of the returned items, you will receive a return confirmation. Once this has been processed, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount, excluding return costs, within 5 working days.
